Our Health Community Partners
Mission Hospital
CREER acts as liaison between Mission Hospital and our community to give parents access to nutritional classes for obesity awareness and prevention, mental health classes, drug prevention forums as well as parenting classes for children’s development and good behavior.
CHEC Family Resources
CREER acts as liaison between CHEC & SOC Resource Centers and the Latino community, again bridging the gap to bring necessary health information to the Latino community, such as Cover California, Health Care, Mental Health, and Social Services.
Healthy Smiles
CREER acts as liaison between Healthy Smiles and low income families in our community to provide children 0-17 free of charge dental care. We hosted two clinics last year, one at Dia del Niño where over 100 children were given dental screenings and their parents filled out forms for future dental cleanings, sealants to prevent cavities and fluoride treatments.

CREER acts as liaison between Southern California Edison and the Latino community, to bring important energy saving programs keeping them inform and connect low-income qualifying families to savings in their monthly energy bill. In addition, we help connect our Latino community to Edison in providing access to important emergency preparedness information.
COX Communications
CREER acts as liaison between Cox Communications and the Latino community, to bring important internet saving programs keeping them inform and connect low-income qualifying families to savings in their monthly internet bill. In addition, we help connect our Latino community to Cox Communications in providing access to important internet safety information for our children.
SDG&E
CREER acts as liaison between SDG&E and the Latino community, to bring important energy saving programs, such as their CARE Program keeping them inform and connect low-income qualifying families to savings in their monthly energy bill. In addition, we help connect our Latino community to Edison in providing access to important emergency preparedness information.
